I am a motivated and dedicated student, currently pursuing a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder's Leeds School of Business. I maintain a strong academic record, evidenced by my GPA of 3.936 and placement on the Dean's List.I am currently in my fourth year of working at Hyland Hills Water World where I have recently been promoted to Lifeguard Lead and Lifeguard Instructor. I worked for the past three years as a deep water lifeguard. In these positions, I effectively manage teams, implemented rigorous safety protocols, and provided comprehensive training to fellow lifeguards, resulting in heightened safety standards and minimized incidents.Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I have actively engaged in leadership roles, notably serving as the captain of the varsity cheerleading team at Broomfield High School for three years, demonstrated resilience and adaptability, leading my team through challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and coaching staff changes. I am currently furthering my cheerleading career with the program at CU Boulder. Additionally, my involvement in the National Honor Society and as a Blue Crew Leader as well as volunteering with organizations such as Vitalant and A Precious Child reflects my commitment to community service and fostering inclusivity.
