In this role I helped the on site librarians with the daily functioning of our library. The Sciences Library may be quaint but we are home to many of the science textbooks, journals, and other resources the university owns. The library offers a place for students and staff alike to house materials, collaborate, or even study.• Learned how organize, shelve, and maintain books in book stacks on site• Assisted patrons in finding resources which helped me learn customer service skills• Learned better time management skills, how to develop a work schedule, and what it means to be part of a team
