Responsible for all the internal and external communication through online and offline channels.Developing the booth at Batibouw expo from A to Z every year and attending every day during the 10 day trade show to welcome key accounts and oversee the workflow.Building stronger relationships with our key dealers by keeping them informed of new developments, helping if there were problems and assisting on site for new projects.In correlation with this I recruited and trained new account managers before they went out to the field and managed them from our office.Launching new products in the market by helping and being involved in the development of the new product, searching for the right suppliers and setting up the launch with our dealers.

Oona is a PR agency with clients in the lifestyle and fashion world. I interned for 3 months, working with an account manager. Tasks included writing press releases, brainstorming about new idea's, preparing for the press days and assisting at these press days, organizing fashion events, in-store and at other locations, saving daily press coverage and reporting back to clients.
