Responsible for management and execution of the WCU Foundation Annual Giving program to achieve fundraising goals in donor retention, recapture and acquisition, and overall annual fundraising dollars. Plan and execute annual comprehensive mail, email and crowdfunding campaigns for alumni, parents, faculty & staff, friends and students. Engage in ongoing data analysis of the Annual Giving Program to identify trends and increase fundraising results using RE NXT. Oversee WCU's Annual Day of Giving and continue to exceed goals year after year. Develop and implement loyal giving and annual leadership societies to encourage donor participation among all constituencies. Implement and manage anniversary giving program. Successfully manage, mentor and develop two full-time employees, including the Assistant Director of Annual Giving and the Annual Giving Coordinator.

Responsible for the development, maintenance and enhancement of the scholarship administration system, including managing all aspects of Raiser's Edge in relation to scholarship administration. Management of stewardship efforts through personal communication, recipient thank you letters, annual events, and annual reports on endowed funds. Events manager of two large scale annual scholarship donor events. Liaison with the Office of Financial Aid and scholarship committee to facilitate communication and coordinate the scholarship notification and donor thank you process. Directly manage the WCU Foundation scholarship committee including recruiting members, review and selection of recipients, and notification, disbursement and follow-up of all scholarship recipients. Manage a prospect portfolio through moves management with an annual fundraising dollar goal.

Responsible for the day-to-day functions and projects/programs related to the Annual Fund fundraising efforts. I directly managed the student giving and student alumni programs, as well as supported the Annual Fund efforts through direct mailings and stewardship events.

Responsibilities included coordinating the recruiting and selection processes for four offices in three counties, as well as managing a recruiting bench of 10-30 candidates at any time. Cultivating relationships with career services personnel at multiple universities throughout Central Pennsylvania. Created and managed all online job postings and social media presence. Primary liaison with intern and full time candidates throughout the contracting process including scheduling appointments, administering all pre-contract screening, managing multiple schedules for management team, and keeping candidates engaged. Daily, weekly and monthly number reporting to Home Office and Agency management.
