I am a self directed and self motivated professional who is responsible for the supervision of and intervention for clients who have been diagnosed with a mental health illness. I support clients by coordinating their care, providing guidance and facilitating opportunities for them to access community resources. I maintain contact with clients through regularly scheduled visits as indicated by the patient's individual needs. I work closely with many community agencies and area schools. Working with a variety of individuals requires me to demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Through this position I have otained excellent public relations skills and the ability to work with a diverse population, be able to in both a team-oriented and self-directed environment, properly route phone calls, receive and relay messages, excellent organizational skills, the ability to make quick decision, mediate/negotiate and/or problem solve to achieve satisfaction, influencing/persuading people through effective communication
