With a rich 15 year journey in education teaching in the private sector, I am a dedicated and seasoned middle and secondary school teacher specialising in English, Humanities, Research and Social Sciences. My teaching philosophy is rooted in interactive and innovative pedagogical practices, reflecting the needs and dynamics of 21st-century education.I pride myself on my experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, having spent 5 years supporting young minds through this globally recognised program. Additionally, I possess an in-depth understanding of the Australian Curriculum and SACE, with 15 years of experience teaching a range of subjects including Stage 1 & 2 History, Stage 1 & 2 Society and Culture, Stage 1 & 2 English, and Stage 1 & 2 Tourism.My approach to teaching is student-centered, emphasising engagement, critical thinking, and real-world application.
