I was brought in ahead of the 2021 launch of the Dunnes Stores online grocery delivery service, dunnesstoresgrocery.com to oversee and manage all website content. My role involves:- Working closely with Marketing to ensure campaigns are messaged correctly across the site.- Ensuring that the online grocery website is a reflection of what is currently happening in store. This is done through in store visits, meetings with the various buying departments and working with the Marketing and Trading teams.- Design, manage and manually update the website content and schedule campaign launches across our 49 online stores.- Manage and oversee the online grocery content team.- Create all online content guidelines.- Test new content management sprints that are being deployed into our different website environments (live, pre-production and test).- Constantly on the lookout for ways to improve our UX within the current capabilities of our content management system.- Work closely with the Online Trading Manager and relevant teams to decide what is displayed across our content pages, product listings and recommendation containers.- Design pages based on brand guidelines of our own brands and supplier brands.- Design the online grocery marketing emails.

In this role I'm broadly accountable to the creative director for strategy and development of organic and social content within a cross-functional team. My job also includes the design of icons, infographics, customer forms, blog post graphics and websites. In 2019 I was recognised by CEO and employees as a creative innovator. This year I was given the opportunity to touch more on UX design, an area I have a growing interest in, while working on Canada Drives' new direct sales product that launched in October 2020.

SmartWeb Canada is a web design and marketing agency based in Vancouver. I worked here as a graphic and website designer. I liaised with clients on a daily basis, created logos, social graphics and worked alongside the web developer to create user-friendly websites using WordPress.

Leading Social is a dedicated social media marketing agency that expertly markets clients in an area where 95% of internet users are spending over five and a half hours daily. They support clients with social media management, content and advertising.In this role, I managed and grew the standard of the graphic design and content creation skills across all client accounts ensuring a high quality of content was produced in accordance with the brand identity of each individual client. In addition, I supported and developed the account managers' graphic design and content creation skills.I also designed Leading Social’s proposal templates, report templates, case study templates, event graphics (digital and print) and any required website graphics.

Youth Nation is the sister company to Leading Social and the parent company of College Times and Teen Times, two online magazines that together reach over 100,000,000 young people weekly.In this role, I created engaging social graphics. As social media marketing is a relatively new area, I was exposed to a lot of idea generation and testing. I researched competitor brands to help understand what was successful and what was not successful.

Bradley Brand & Design is a creative branding agency. Brands they have worked with include Keelings, Elverys, Applegreen and Mao. I received a three month internship with the company after their director visited my graduate degree exhibition. The internship was extended to six months following a successful first three months. I worked on many different projects within the six months that pushed and developed my skills in many different areas. I learned the process of bringing a brand from the early development stages right through to the final deliverables.
