Worked as a Program Substitute at the Boys and Girls Club of Holland serving underprivileged youth and collaborating with other staff members. -Organize activities for approximately 80 children ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade to increase their academic success and social skills.-Coordinate schedules with other staff to ensure there was programming for all kids at a given time.

Worked as a student consultant on a total of 8 projects with variety of non profit and for-profit companies. Served as a student lead on four of these projects in which I acted as liaison between clients and team members to ensure clear communication throughout all projects and developed project plans outlining team responsibilities, goals and project deliverables, and ensured all parts of the plan were completed by the end of the project.-Served as student lead on a consulting project directed at establishing a new business unit within an existing RIA. Worked with the Human Resources team to recommend a new FMLA process. -Produced a visitor safety video for a production facility to improve the visitor experience and safety of all individuals entering the production area. -Created a new RFP (Request for Proposal) to send to potential clients of a hospitality management services company with the intent of helping the company reach their goal of doubling sales from $90 million to $180 million over the next 5 years.
