I bring a wealth of experience in education to both K-12 and higher education settings, and now apply that expertise to educate pre-service teachers and novice researchers, as well as, empower veterinary professionals through my work at ProPartners Team.My journey began with a decade of fostering creativity as a visual arts educator in elementary schools. This passion for education led me to pursue advanced degrees in educational leadership and policy analysis, culminating in a Ph.D. in Education with a focus on qualitative research.For the past eight years, I've shared my knowledge and expertise as an adjunct instructor within the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Missouri. I've developed and delivered engaging courses on qualitative research methods and arts integration for pre-service teachers, while also mentoring graduate and doctoral students.My dedication to education extends beyond higher learning. I currently lead the learning and development operations at ProPartners Team, a veterinary business strategy firm. In this role, I leverage my curriculum development skills to design workshops for veterinarians, focusing on key areas of business development and leadership. As the Lead Learning Officer, I also build and manage crucial processes that ensure team members are well-supported throughout their tenure.I am a lifelong learner and a passionate educator. I actively participate in national and international conferences, sharing my research on building capacity with new teachers, disrupting ideas about evaluative practice, and postqualitative inquiry. My proficiency in both online and in-person instruction allows me to tailor learning experiences to diverse needs.
