My level of certifications has given me the capability and opportunity to work with a number of different people who struggle with disabilities such as Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's. Watching the progress, confidence, strength, and success that my clients achieved as a result of my knowledge and support has been an irreplaceable experience.

Pura Vida gave me the opportunity to meet many experienced and well-known trainers around the city. With my experience and knowledge in Personal Training I was able to connect and work with many different people. It brought a whole new perspective to me and has pushed me to step out of my comfort zone in the industry.

The advanced recovery therapy I perform while working at The Fix has given me the next level understanding of the human anatomy. My confidence has grown exponentially through this position. Ranging from my ability to properly use the equipment, to fully understanding the client's needs and concerns, to cultivating strong client relationships. Working in Aspen has strengthened my customer service abilities, as I've learned to adapt to people's needs andexpectations. This has extended my experience of working the Front Desk and excelling in Mind- body technology.
