As the Human Resources Manager with Planit Software Testing, I was responsible for the recruitment and development of Planit and Planit employees across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. This includes identifying strategic human resources needs within the business and developing and implementing appropriate initiatives across all levels to meet organisational and employee related needs.I was also involved in the strategic direction of the organisation through development of human resources and employee relations, including the development of the Planit profile as an employer of choice in the information technology testing and training arena.

I joined Hays Recruitment in 2006. I started my career in temporary recruitment, providing temporary recruitment solutions within multinational enterprises, along with small to medium sized business in the Sydney CBD, before encompassing permanent recruitment in 2008, when I was also promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant within the accounting and finance division of Hays. In my most recent role with Hays, I was responsible for the management and leadership of a team of four recruitment consultants specialising in the provision of temporary and permanent staff into the professional practice, commercial and financial services sectors, whilst also performing a hands-on consulting role to both Hays Corporate Services and key national accounts.
