As Advanced Tech Support it is my job to fix any and every problem that comes my way and if I do not immediately know how to fix it then I make sure to involve people that can help. I do not let a customer off of the phone until they are satisfied with the resolution. I have made sure that I can adapt to change quickly in order to survive in our ever changing work environment.

As a Shift Manager I have many responsibilities that include running a smooth shift, making sure everything is stocked properly before our peak period starts. I am also a figure that many of the crew feel comfortable going to when they have a problem.

At Target, I was primarily a Sales Associate in the Electronics Dept. I helped guests find everything they were looking for and if we did not have that particular item I helped them find where you could get that item. I also helped put stock out on the floor and make sure everything was labeled and in its proper place.

I primary job was troubleshooting laptops and PCs and repairing them once figuring out the problem. I also worked on repairing printers quite a number of times. From time to time I would also repair iPads and other varying tablets.

As a Crew Trainer it is my responsibility to make sure each new crew is trained properly in their field and to make sure no bad habits are formed right from the start. My managers also look to me to perform minor managerial duties such as taking calls and doing refunds when necessary. I'm also skilled in making our lunch sandwiches. I am well trained in just about everything and can jump into any situation to help out.

My responsibilities included keeping lobby clean as well as keeping the bathrooms clean. Keeping everything upfront well stocked and well kept.

Maintaining the appearance of our lobby and bathrooms. As well, as taking orders and keeping things stocked. I would also frequently work in the drive thru area as an Order Taker/Cashier where my responsibilities included taking orders and money in a timely fashion, making parfaits, putting toys in happy meal boxes as well as doing the dishes when time permitted.
