Scheduling meetings and interviews was a huge part of my day-to-day responsibilities. I booked travel and processed expense reimbursements on a regular basis. I worked closely with all the Directors in the HR Department as well as with our staff recruiter.All organizational charts for the Firm were maintained by me as well. I processed updates every month and published up-to-date org charts for every department at the start of the month. I coordinated training sessions for the traders or employees Firmwide on an as-needed basis. This would include scheduling conference rooms, coordinating schedules with trainers and consultants, making sure materials were ready for training sessions, coordinating invites for the employees, and making sure that all A/V equipment was up and running smoothly.Towards the end of my time at TD, I had taken over part of the job responsibilities of the payroll analyst. I began to enter all new hires into the payroll system, including their tax deductions, as well as removing any terminated employees from the payroll system.My position required flexibility, quick-on-your-feet thinking, and lots of trouble-shooting at any possible moment! -
