For me, discipline means consistently focusing on high standards and measurable outcomes, guiding me through the development and launch of sustainable products that not only meet but exceed expectations.The pandemic offered a wake-up call when I learned that, despite global lockdowns, carbon emissions only dropped by 4-6%. This realization highlighted the significant footprint of our homes and businesses, motivating me to innovate for a more sustainable world. Since then, I’ve been committed to providing environmentally friendly solutions that are as practical as they are impactful.Outside of my professional life, I have a deep appreciation for nature and a love for the outdoors—values I picked up growing up in the country. Hiking and exploring keeps me grounded, and they inspire my drive to create a healthier environment. I believe that with better options, people make better choices. This is a tremendous time for innovative companies, and I’m excited to help lead the way.Fun Fact: I was the first person in my family to travel outside the U.S., and that experience inspired me to send my kids to the International School.
