I have taken ownership of Shellwood Blakes long standing client Royal Enfield. I manage a large press fleet, supply creative PR ideas and immersive Journalist/influencer engagement. I also help head hunt across the luxury travel spaces

I was engaged to help a start-up trading and training company gain a social media presence. I established & maintained Instagram, Twitter and Facebook pages to develop customer reach. I maintained the website and am currently creating video content and develop training videos for their clients. I have handed over the role to a permanent staff member as it is now a full time content management job however I continue to make video content for the company.

My role involved the effective leadership and support of volunteers across the South West of England and South Wales. Key responsibilities involve ensuring they had all materials and training they needed which included the relevant legal and financial aspects of handling donated money. I organised and ran key events across a very large area which include the Great British Dog Walk, fayres & golf days as well as delivering educational talks and training volunteers in public speaking. My job required me to develop meaningful relationships with my volunteers, understand their needs and their personal situations which may affect their volunteering work. The role wass based remotely, so required a high level of motivation and discipline.

The team leader role at Spire payments involved keeping my team motivated and energetic. Our aim was to enjoy our work whilst providing excellent customer service within the call centre. To achieve this aim, I led off site team building effort by organising days out & fundraisers to keep people excited and motivated. As team leader, I was the go-to person for any questions or queries and I endeavoured to help both customers & team members to the best of my abilities. I was also responsible for taking ownership of escalated & difficult cases, to resolve these efficiently & recover customer relationships.
