I am currently training new members of staff in the guest services department. This involves welcoming them to the department and the hotel, introducing them to all of the responsibilities and tasks that we have throughout the day, and training them on all of our different computer programs that we use daily. Training is especially important in this department, as we are constantly in contact with our guests, and have to have a wealth of knowledge at our fingertips to help assist them.
