On weekends I am still heavily involved in the production and presentation of live sport and events as an MC and Presenter. This involves working closely with events and production teams to execute live broadcasts to big screens and television. In this role I interact with fans, deliver sponsored content and interview players, special guests and members of the public.

PRO is a global radiology company specialising in 24hr x-ray reporting for medial professionals. I manage all marketing strategies across PRO's Australian, Middle Eastern and UK branches. For this, I have my own recording equipment and editing software. My role is based from home and requires a very high level of autonomy. I was originally only contracted 10hrs per week. Since then, we have expanded the company's reach through various marketing campaigns which saw my role increase to four days per week as the company grew.

Wagga Wagga, Australia

In this role I cover local sporting leagues across the Riverina year round. This includes sourcing stories, maintaining contacts, writing and shot listing news packages and presenting live crosses when the bulletin is recorded. Without a Chief of Staff in the Wagga office I am solely responsible for sourcing sportscontent for the nightly sports break which often includes seven minutes of content.To achieve this I have to establish and maintain lasting rapport with players, clubsand the governing bodies of all codes. The relationships I have made in the past two years have meant PRIME7 is able to provide the most engaging and breaking storieseach night, with clubs and organisations often calling in to break news of playersignings and developments within our bulletin.After eight months in the sports reporter role I was nominated by the AustralianSports Commission for the best journalism from rural, regional or suburban media.This was less than a year after I had graduated from Wollongong University. I believemy ability to produce such engaging content is due to the contacts I maintain on adaily basis.

Wagga Wagga, Australia

In this role I was responsible for collecting, researching and writing news stories for Wagga’s local news bulletin. My round included three towns: Young, Harden, Cootamundra and Boorowa. I worked with a team of five journalists, four camera operators, editors and a chief of staff. We worked to tight deadlines and were required to have four minutes of back up content at all times. I built my contacts in Wagga from scratch and shared information with other journalists to produce the highest possible standard of newsworthy content.

I began at Sydney FC as a membership intern during 2012. During my internship I saw an absence of a club match day program, something I believe is essential for any club wanting to communicate with their fans. Being in my first year of study at UOW I began to write and design a draft copy of the 20 page program. I went on to present the idea and prototype to the CEO of the company, which was accepted and drawn into the budget. I was then offered a part time job with the club as part of the media and membership departments, where I worked three days a week producing the program and performing administration work. I wrote for, produced and edited the program for two seasons before giving up the position and three hour commute to focus on my third year of university. In this role I interviewed players, associates, board members and sponsors as well as organising interviews for other writers and interns.
