Current- Direct supervisor to front line employees (75+ employees) overseeing the daily operations of the Welcome Experience department.- Maintain exceptional knowledge of membership and ticket promotions, benefits, and prices.- Responsible for daily scheduling and organizing breaks and meal periods within daily budget and ensuring compliance with labor laws.- Ensures that Department Standards (safety, service, cleanliness, efficiency, wardrobe, etc.) are maintained through employee monitoring, auditing, and training.- Supports the Assistant Managers in communicating all relevant department and company information and initiatives.- Proactive about monitoring park attendance and adjusting staffing needs based on the needs of the business.- Managed and de-escalated crisis situations and negative guest experiences by utilizing different recovery and compensation tactics to develop creative resolutions for resort-wide problems.- Prioritized the guest experience by providing lasting impressions and listening to all guest feedback.- Redirected employees to utilize team to their utmost efficiency, alleviate queue length, and maximize guest satisfaction.
