-Prepare month end close journal entries, general ledger review and reconciliations-Analyze P&L accounts monthly with activity in excess of $500k-Prepare Bank Reconciliations for operating and payroll accounts in excess of $20M of activity monthly. -Work with external auditors on an annual and interim basis-Analyze Balance Sheet Accounts on a monthly basis, including 401k, major liability accounts with weekly activity in excess of $5M-Analyze individual branch performance reviews for financial reporting and Corporate Bonus purposes

*Create schedule for spring, summer and fall swim lesson programs for over 900 participants, and 40 instructors *Interview and hire swim lesson Instructors; determine the lifeguard scheduling necessary to ensure safety of all participants*General administrative tasks involving payments, interaction with parents and general programming *Mediation between parents and instructors, ensuring adherence to Red Cross swim lesson program

*Supervise Lifeguards on duty, schedule quarter-hourly rotations, and administer rescue simulation drills, involved in interview and promotion process for lifeguards *Responsible for all scheduled programs that use the facility, responsible for interaction with patrons, supervisory duties for all first-aid situations or emergencies with lifeguards *Serve as initial point of contact for aquatics area with facility managers; coordinate with entire Recreation Center staff on daily procedures

*Analyze loan proposals for financial stability and social impact*Monitor quarterly financial statements of loans outstanding, analyze actual expenses and revenues versus established budgets, monitor pertinent covenants and ensure compliance*Assist with production of meeting materials; ratings review packets and everyday operations*Conduct annual reviews for underperforming loans, identify problem areas
