About Lauren Mclaughlin

I spent the last decade marketing, managing, and cultivating small businesses, from organic food companies to wineries, cideries, and fitness studios. My specialty is membership management and community development.I have a Master’s degree in Community Psychology and an understanding of systems and transformation that is both intuitive and educated. I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and independent thinkers, helping others forge their paths and grow community.I invest in happiness, loving kindness, and joy. I know the value of this for myself and others. I hope to use this platform to connect and generate meaning, so please reach out!Currently I teach internal arts, including qigong, yoga, meditation and mindset. These disciplines have transformed my life and in my 20+ years of training and 10+ years of teaching, I have overcome major health challenges with the practices of internal arts, holistically balancing my body (and my bloodwork!) and igniting inner strength and self-reliance.
