I am leveraging my track record of working with leaders and teams across sectors to design and implement strategies that deliver critical and measurable social impact and business value. I ground my leadership in people first, working to inspire the best from teams and collaborating with partners driving progress on the issues aligned to the brand. I use my unique suite of skills and empirical expertise to identify collective potential that diverse organizations bring to the table to achieve individual and collective goals. I believe expectations of employees have evolved, particularly following the pandemic, and creative solutions are required to recruit, retain, and most-importantly involve them in the social impact work of their brand.I have also enjoyed my work with Boards of Directors, Advisory Committees, and other governing groups to improve their overall effectiveness and ability to support culture change and drive impact.
