Lead adaptive reuse projects, converting buildings into commercial and retail spaces in the downtown Detroit area. During my internship at General Motors I worked in Body/Exterior Purchasing. Some of my accomplishments were:• Analyzed buyer contracts and tracking systems in order to determine the variation in company costs vs. supplier costs resulting in the development of a $4.3 million cost savings opportunity across 770,000 vehicles. • Decreased complexities associated with a vast amount of parts and expired contracts by researching and tracking data on internal systems resulting in the removal of unnecessary part numbers and an easier part selection process. • Examined and compared cycle times amongst suppliers through the creation of tornado charts resulting in visual and comprehensive data to be used for future cost savings opportunities.• Managed the collaboration of $4 billion in cost savings initiatives by implementing workshops and creating a consolidated excel document highlighting opportunities, deadlines and responsibilities.

During my internship I worked in the renewable energy department which is a sector of marketing.Tasked with researching offshore wind turbines in various countries and determining how and if they can be utilized in the United States. Investigated the issues surrounding wind turbines and noise complaints as a way to adhere to the customers' needs. Replaced NOMAD wind measurement systems on poles and analyzed the wind speeds at different heights. Developed a tool that could be used to trace the steps of each landmark in the land leasing process.Increased costumer touches and sign ups of the Green Currents Renewable Energy Program
