About Lauren Offerman

I am a fourth year student at Colorado State University (CSU) majoring in Early Childhood Education and I am planning on graduating in May 2023. I have worked in an early childhood setting for two years and have gained experience in lesson planning, teaching and co-teaching, classroom management, and more. Prior to that position, I held various positions with children such as a full-time nanny and a gymnastics team coach. During my time at CSU, I have had opportunities for experiences as a practicum student, fieldwork placements, and in the spring semester I will be a student teacher. After I graduate I hope to end up in an early elementary classroom. My current goal is to be apart of a second or third grade team. After I attain a few years of experience, I also plan to attend graduate school and get my masters degree.
