As Director of Program Evaluation at Provide, I am working to run an effective and efficient Department of Program Evaluation and more importantly, working with Provide to learn about program impact, beneficiary need, and centering voices of marginalized people.

Adjunct Lecturer for the online version of HPS 577: Sociocultural & Behavioral Aspects of Public Health, HPS 532E : Evaluation of Public Health Programs, and HPS 404 : Program Evaluation. Developed HPS 577 from the ground up - key themes in the class include health disparities, health equity, social justice & health, & culturally responsive public health practice.

Evaluator on a range of grants and projects in topic areas such as behavioral health workforce development, LGBTQ health & wellness, mental health, alcohol and other drug abuse prevention, suicide prevention, and more. Worked on statewide grants with diverse partners ranging from tribal to higher education institutions.Helped develop solutions to capture key data during the COVID-19 pandemic, including vaccination and testing data. Have developed high-impact surveys and reports on student wellness during the pandemic, vaccine hesitancy and perceptions, and vaccination rates which have been highly utilized by upper administration and the Board of Regents.Developed improved and innovative reporting frameworks for a range of evaluation projects.Co-chaired the UA team for the National College Depression Partnership, and was highly involved in the national team working to improve depression care and outcomes for college students.Provided capacity building, training, and technical assistance to a wide variety or partners throughout the state of Arizona on evaluation and program development.Developed, implemented, and continually improved Counseling and Psych Services' first comprehensive evaluation plan.Worked closely with stakeholders to meet specific evaluation needs, identified clinically relevant outcome measures for student progress, and developed a culture of evaluation practice.
