Lead the financial decision support team across all segments of Omnichannel Transportation Finance, including Outbound & Inbound Transportation, Global Logistics, and eCommerce Shipping. Key stakeholder in the development of long range & annual operating plans with responsibility to develop, track, and deliver annual savings each year to the business in partnership with strategy, planning, operations and procurement teams. Provided financial decision support to business partners in the Outbound business segment of Transportation including decisions related to leverage of private fleet to reduce cost and improve service for all segments, driver wage investments, and development of long range and annual financial plan. Worked cross-functionally with business leaders including fleet & grocery dedicated operations, product, procurement, and strategy & planning. Partnered with business on developing, tracking, and reporting monthly on strategic initiatives that achieved 160% of goal in FY21.

Managed a team that was responsible for reviewing and analyzing economic data to generate complex pricing models for new and existing business ventures, with a goal of maintaining an acceptable return and margin for J.B. Hunt while supporting growth in the business.Partnered with operations, engineering design, sales, contract legal, and maintenance to generate cost effective, attainable logistics solutions that created a mutually beneficial business relationship for J.B. Hunt and the customer. 
Allocated revenue and cost to internal segments within the Dedicated Contract Services business unit to assist in budgeting, forecasting, account start-ups, competitive bids, and account renewals. Generated projected P&Ls to measure and report performance against actual to executive leadership. Awarded Support Person of the Year on four separate occasions for individual internal customers including New Business Development, Strategic Accounts, and Operations.

Provided customer support for several key accounts for the Dedicated Contract Services business unit, acting as a central point of contact for the client within the business unit. 
Developed monthly key performance indicator reports for customers and internal leadership to evaluate operating and cost metrics of fleets. Formulated formal responses to customer requests for proposals and annual account assessments. Updated contracts for account renewals. 
Provided supporting documentation to enable general manager to request and receive rate increases from key accounts.

Collaborated with diverse teams such as sales, operations, and finance to create innovative logistics solutions for a variety of potential customers. 
Designed one of the first fleets sold as a packaged intermodal and dedicated venture.Designed fleet for an operation cited by the customer as a catalyst for allowing J.B. Hunt to analyze and eventually control their nationwide network of local distribution centers.
