Lauren Rea is a 2010 graduate of Wheaton College, a 2013 graduate of William and Mary LawSchool, and a licensed Georgia attorney since 2014. She began her career serving as Staff Attorney to the Honorable Gail S. Tusan in Fulton County Superior Court, where she worked on a variety of civil lawsuits including personal injury and medical malpractice cases. From 2018-2024 Lauren was a sole practitioner at The Rea Law Firm, an inclusive boutique practice in Decatur where she specialized in estate planning, adoptions, and surrogacy law. Lauren is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, and Georgia Association for Black Women Attorneys. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for DanceATL, a non-profit organization that supports local dance artists.Lauren’s practice focuses on civil litigation and estate planning. She joined Levy Pruett Carter as an Associate in 2024. Lauren and her husband live in Stone Mountain with their three young children. In her spare time she loves to explore the local restaurant scene, go for hikes in the mountains, and work in her garden.
