I have over 15 years of experience working in the Information Technologies field, with a strong back ground in Customer Service. I've overseen several large networks in an Enterprise environment.  My duties have also included, but are not limited to, imaging and deploying work stations, servers, and virtual environments. As well as addressing help desk tickets for 400 plus users. During my 15 years in the automotive sales and IT industry, I have worked closely with the sales and service departments to deliver a pleasant customer experience for my users and customers alike.  I have attended training for etiquette over the phone, as well as in person.  I have performed many duties in regards to customer service. I have administered the active directory for multiple servers, and I have ran miles of cat6 cable. I have installed and configured switches, wireless access points, and other network equipment during the construction process of many locations.  I have also addressed help desk requests for these large networks to resolve user and customer issues in a timely manner. I have deployed POS systems for several businesses such as a tanning salon, drive thru carryout, pizzeria, and a service station. Including the installation of cameras, phone systems, and alarms. I feel that my strong background in user support, sales, and customer service make me an ideal candidate.I have a portfolio that I would be able to share with you when we meet in person.
