- Supporting Head Coach with Training Sessions - Evaluating Swimmers Performance and feeding back to Head Coach - Delivering pre-planned sets for up to 4 lanes at a time - Reporting any safeguarding concerns and following up with Head Coach and club as necessary - Teaching swim techniques tailored for individual swimmers - Providing engaging activities to keep focus- Feedback to parents based on swimmers progression and areas of improvement where needed

- Creating and empowering a team to deliver quality swimming lessons to members - Managing and supporting a team of 30 teachers with holiday, sickness, training needs, equipment and overall delivery - Managing the Learn to Swim and School Swim Programme with currently over 3000 learners, identifying areas of growth and implementation - Working with our Performance Programme to create links to further activities and squad training- Supporting members with daily queries - Working with management and wider teams to ensure effective communication regarding pool programmes and the needs of the programme - Supporting management with creation and management of invoices for programmes - Developing effective Scheme of Works to assist teachers in delivery- Management and supporting delivery of Aquatic events such as conferences, workshops and galas- Supporting the Aquatic Lead with communications (i.e. notices and website content)- Staffing Rotas, cover and teaching where needed to fulfil the needs of the programme- Any other duties relating to Aquatics management

- Mentoring and coaching young people with Special Needs- Multi Sport Coaching - encouraging young people with SEN to develop good physical literacy dependent on their conditions - Swim Teaching of those with SEN- Supporting a team of Multi-sport coaches at different venues to deliver engaging sessions - Providing first aid where needed - Management of SEN Swim lessons - staffing rota, onboarding, payments, schemes of work and being available for parental queries- Researching and understanding conditions to ensure sessions are suitable - Taking payments for multi sport sessions and record keeping

- Working with SEN children across different venues and activities - Supporting children with activities such as Climbing, Swimming, Mindfulness etc. - Support parents in talking groups and providing advice- Taking part in staff training exercises - Providing First Aid where needed

- Digital Marketing Management - Managing of clients accounts, dealing with their social media or internal systems to promote further custom- Creation and Distribution of Social Media Campaigns- Google Ad Marketing - Management of Day to Day queries- Assisting MD with administrative tasks - Taking minutes from client meetings or conducting them to collate briefs for work- Reporting - Data Input- Managing a team of PA's and their rotas with clients
