This is a summer job where I work with migrant students, ages 3-21, get through their high school education. My responsibilities are to keep record of attendance, how many students attend each summer, which students have Priority for Services, have transfer documents for each student above the age of 5, and create notifications of school activities for parents in both Spanish and English. All of this information is then sent to OMEC (Ohio Migrant Education Center).

I cleaned residents' rooms and washed and folded laundry for residents and the building ie: linens, towels, clothing. Ran 4 washers and dryers throughout shift, and collected laundry throughout the day from each hall.

I helped library patrons check out and in books from the library, gave information at the information desk about the library and where to find specific books. I filed books that were returned and/or were left out on the library floor.
