I initially started out as a project manager to produce purposeful, unique virtual events. This turned into building out company infrastructure to support & lead our internal teams, while also nurturing client relationships.

- Collaborate and communicate with other working leads and managers.- Provide direction, leadership, and support to Cast Members.- Mentor and coach Cast Members to encourage growth and development.- Develop project plans and establish practices for daily operations.- Execute daily administrative tasks; arrange meetings, create documentation, organize, implement, and monitor projects. - Continuously work to improve operations to better environment for Cast, resulting in better Guest experiences.- During shows, monitor parade route, floats, and performers and troubleshoot and assist with performer or crew needs.- Problem-solve and coordinate with other departments to mitigate risks.- For specific products, call show cues.- Partner with multiple lines of business to ensure the best experiences for Guests.- Measure and make balanced financial decisions in regard to staffing, operational need, and show. - Be a role model and motivational influence to all Cast and Crew.
