-Support program and student growth and development-Administer and oversee recruitment for the program both on-campus and off-campus.-Coordinate program communications including but not limited to interactions/relationships between faculty, students, alumni and applicants.-Schedule and organize program related meetings and events-Work to keep program within stated budget, handle payments and maintain financial documents.-Oversee the use of technology for program operations, such as video conferencing technology, presentation software and other communications technologies-Create and maintain program records, reports, presentations and proposals.-Assist in maintaining social media presence for the program.

-Manage events such as baby showers, private parties, birthdays, weddings, etc.-Set up and assist in designs for events.-Transport, prepare, cook, and serve food for events.-Manage event schedule-Pay attention to guests needs and act accordingly

-Cataloging inventory-Opening and closing the store-Customer Interactions and service. -Sales, Filing, Organizing merchandise and work space.

-Housing and lending 1000s of books, games, and tools.-Providing lessons, assistance, and advice on projects relating to the use of our lending library.-Offering volunteer opportunities for our local community, helping children and adults alike build valuable skills.-Inventory management using Excel-Heading community services such as reading to the visually impaired-Patron experience administrator-Providing answers and recommendations as well as book/game synopsis based on patron preferences

-Administrative and clerical work including: organizing, filing, and keeping thorough and updated records-Knowledge of medical terminology-Handling of highly confidential information-Knowledge of HIPAA and HITECH.
