About Lauren Smit

I have extensive experience in the South African wine industry as well as experience in the dried fruit industry,the olive oil/table olive industry,fresh leaf salad and vegetable industry and currently, fruit preparations for yogurts, cake toppings and sauces manufacturing. My main goal in any industry is to ensure that a good quality product that is safe for the end consumer, leaves the production facility, whilst not making the workplace a nightmare for the staff. Quality however, is not negotiable.
