A Qualified Teacher, Retired AFLW Player, Co-Founder of Cross Coders and current Player Development Manager for the Essendon Football Club AFLW team.Regardless of pursuit, I’ve always had an inner passion to help those around me gain confidence to push themselves and their perceived boundaries. Applying this mindset to my own endeavours, helped me achieve the ultimate success with the Western Bulldogs, as 2018 AFLW Premiers. Reinforcing that anything is possible with the right attitude and support.I’m a naturally outgoing person, who loves meeting new people and learning about their lives and backgrounds. Professionally, I truly enjoy what I do. Working alongside like-minded and motivated individuals everyday is immensely fulfilling. To be able to influence and guide others in their sporting pathways, helping create equal opportunity and success, especially for women, is just so rewarding and something I hope to be a part of for many years to come.
