Being a part of a team has been the highlight of my educational and life experiences so far. I've created a team from scratch and watched them succeed in my days as Director of TEDxHopeCollege, coached a team of athletes for one of the oldest college traditions in the nation, headed a team of researchers in my undergraduate psychology lab analyzing cognitive-developmental data, and of course been a proud athlete on my college's track and field team. I studied psychology at Hope College because I thrived in teams and in human interactions, but discovered a love for business after a management class taught me how businesses can leverage their resources to become successful. Ever since, I've worked to blend my passions from both disciplines: teamwork and strategy. I am now a Master of Science in Management (MSM) student at the University of Notre Dame looking to expand my skill set and continue to discern my career path. Overall, I am excited about marketing management, leadership/team management, and human relations and aspire to apply my passions for teamwork and strategy into my career.
