I deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy interventions to those with anxiety and depression. I have a great deal of experience in working with people from 16 onwards, via telephone, groups and on a face to face basis.One of my specialisms is working with people with chronic pain conditions and I am currenly the Chronic Pain Group Lead for the Suffolk Wellbeing Service.I also have a keen interest in Mindfulness-based therapy and have undertaken teacher training in delivering Mindfulness-based stress reduction classes. I have also undertaken introductory training in Acceptance and Commitment therapy.
