• Obtained and recorded revenue by verifying transaction information• Computing charges and issuing refunds in Epicor• Preparing and sending out invoices• Investigating and identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments• Make daily deposits such as checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments• Contact customers for collections calls• Daily bank reconciliations of all accounts• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions• Process and review customer credit applications; decide whether to approve or deny• Maintain account ledgers and contribute to the team by answering calls, customer support, and assisting with other office duties when needed
