Currently working as a Land Contract Coordinator, managing and executing incoming contracts, invoice receiving, invoice routing, contract input, vendor set ups, and land development project budgets.Previously, I was a temporary hire that worked as a Intellectual Property Assistant at ADO Professional Solutions Inc, I supported Moore & Van Allen, one of the largest law firms in the Southeast, with their intellectual property law practice. I handled patent / trademark application filings, correspondence, and docketing, using Citrix Workspace and other software tools. I also assisted with document review, and quality control.Prior to that, I worked as a real estate paralegal at Hankin & Pack PLLC, where I facilitated residential closings, prepared deeds, title opinions, and settlement statements, and coordinated with lenders, agents, and clients. I am a certified user of Qualia, a cloud-based platform for real estate transactions, and a notary public in North Carolina. I am currently pursuing my associate degree in paralegal studies at Central Piedmont Community College, with an expected graduation date of December 2024. My goal is to advance my career in the legal field and leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the success of a reputable organization.
