As a member and Facilities Management Director of Kappa Alpha Theta, I participate in chapter meetings, philanthropy, and community service, including supporting CASA. In my role, I manage house maintenance, repairs, vendor relations, and budgets, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This position has strengthened my leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, contributing to the chapter's operations and success.

Engaged in fundraising efforts for CASA of McLennan County and served as a representative on the Membership Development Committee, upholding organizational standards. Recognized as New Member of the Year for the 2023 class.

Helped organize and run the All University Thanksgiving event, which served over 10,000 attendees, bringing together Baylor University's past, present, and future. Additionally, represented Baylor University at career fairs, acting as the face of the school and providing information to prospective students. Finally assisted with Student Foundation events such as Bearathon, which had 1,350 registrants and raised $25,000, while helping manage nearly $6 million in scholarships for over 7,000 students.

In MGT 4355, collaborated with a team to develop a customer retention strategy for City Ranch Boot Company, known for its high-end boots priced between $500 and $2,000. Took the initiative to organize a community event for veterans, which enhanced the brand's local visibility and strengthened community connections. To further improve operational efficiency, we digitized records, allowing for better tracking of high-value customers.

The London Basketball Association is a registered charity, established in July 2012. Their mission is to inspire Londoners to develop a habit of getting involved with the conglomerate of basketball to benefit from it on many different levels. Throughout this internship, I have assisted in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns working alongside the marketing manager and other members in our organization.

I helped a variety of customers by helping them select what cupcakes, cookies, and or ice cream they were looking for at our Bakery. This also included taking custom cake orders, as well as other basic orders for future pickup dates. I also helped with a variety of food production activities in the store. This included things such as making cupcakes, cakes, and cookie batter; as well as helping scoop cookies and assemble a variety of treats at the store. I also helped clean and maintain the store as well as prep different icings for the decoratos throughout the day.
