Following a placement within the team, I secured a permanent role as a Change Design Manager within TfL’s Change team. Within my role, I work closely with the business to identify, scope and design responses to TfL’s most pressing strategic challenges, tackling a variety of problems and working with stakeholders at all levels. This involves cutting through detail, reducing and communicating complex problems and creating compelling cases for change.
