Overall: Assisting in the purchasing of product for Ladies department, ensuring all objectives are met in terms of strategy, range development and budget- Processing and housekeeping of department specification sheets in line with Buyer and Merchandiser requirements- Processing all orders for Jones Bootmaker own label and External Brands- Liaise with International suppliers to ensure product is delivered correctly and on time- Process all fit confirmation samples, passing to Quality Control to ensure product is delivered at required quality level- Ensure product is passed to E-Commerce team in time during season for web photography- Maintain Sample Ranges, including current and next season- Participation and preparation for Company and Departmental weekly and monthly meetings- Preparing Sample Room for product reviews and sign off meetings, where knowledge of shoes is key- Adhoc duties assisting Buyer and Merchandiser for meetings, presentations and general smooth running of the Ladies Department

Convert quotations to contracts, providing excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to account reconciliation. Negotiated discounts on long term hires and three year deals. Assisted Project managers with contracts with value of £300k+ with efficient and accurate administrative support, including RAMS, transport plans and liaising with subcontractors.

Logistical planning of deliveries and collections all across the UK, including data checking and accuracy. Maintain analysis reports on production capacity levels, multiple company asset tracking, customer complaints, completed and planned movements for multiple key accounts.Monthly invoicing for key accounts.Part of a small team who handle 70,000 inbound and outbound calls per annum

Maintain accurate KPI reports for the Commercial Director, including sales figures, asset tracking.Raise and co-ordinate purchase orders, including water and waste, gas, hotel accommodation, deliveries and collections via external transport companies, all within pre-set project budgets.Log and co-ordinate break down service calls for clients.Research upcoming events using the Internet and brochures, design and send out mail shots.Produce picking lists, delivery and collection notes for the Operations Director.Rental Asset Management; Allocate incoming and outgoing rental assets, marking items as returned for invoicing purposes.Produce client specific user manuals for rented equipment.
