At McDonald's I mastered true patience and customer satisfaction. Within a year I began shadowing the management team. Often, I act as a liaison between the management team and the crew and foster close relationships. I have learned how crucial teamwork and cooperation is to a business. I have taken the Serv Safe course and am prepping to take the examination to become certified in food safety.

At Joann Fabrics and Crafts, I was hired on as a cashier and was then quickly moved to a more hands on customer service department. In the fabric department I acted as a consultant to many customers who needed help in choosing materials or advice in what material would produce the best results.
