My management background, both in retail and restaurant industries, taught me how to combine both my customer engagement and analytical mindsets to empower my teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Studying Public Health has taught me how to look at things from serveral different angles, identify key challenges, and evaluate information to deliver data-driven outcomes.
