- Design questionnaires and other methods to collect quantitative data.- Ensures accurate and timely survey development through Qualtrics and ESP by managing the schedule, data retrieval for target audience, testing, and contact list management.- Responsibility for data cleaning, data editing, data matching, data analysis, and statistical testing.- Conducts analysis on compiled data including developing coding schemes for open-ended survey questions and compiling verbatim analysis.- Manages and performs as the Qualtrics system administrator - duties include keeping up to data knowledge of system capabilities and educating users how to optimize the tools, documenting best practices, and acting as a coach to internal staff.
