As a Shout volunteer, I work alongside clinical supervisors to extend support to individuals struggling with diverse mental health concerns, providing a safe space for dialogue and assistance. From discussions revolving around feelings of isolation to addressing thoughts of self-harm and suicide, the breadth of topics encountered underscores the complexity and depth of mental health challenges.

I've always had a fascination for the cosmetics industry, especially lashing, so during my second year of university I decided to establish my own business. This allowed me to generate an income to support myself and give me the flexibility that I needed alongside studying for my degree.This business involves planning and scheduling appointments, promoting using social media networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and using excellent customer service skills in order to ensure the comfortability of my clients.
