About Lauren Andraski

I can't help but collaborate and build community in everything I do - from launching a community of nonprofit consultants to starting a string quartet in my living room.As a consultant myself, I needed a community where nonprofit consultants could learn from and support each other, serve as each others' coworkers while remaining their own boss, and ask vulnerable questions without potential clients in the room. When I didn't find one, I created Consultants for Good (C4G), which has since grown into a thriving network of over 850 members spanning 6 continents.Throughout my career, I have championed diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice as crucial not only for program content but for the way we work, through internal processes and practices. At the Posner Center for International Development, I introduced these principles as well as decolonization which have since been adopted as the organization's primary focus. If you're looking to build values-aligned communities, let's chat!

Founder And Social Impact Consultant

Lauren Andraski Social Impact Consulting

At the core of my work is a simple belief: We have a responsibility to help each other and the planet, and we have a responsibility to do it well.At so many nonprofits, people have the best of intentions but do not have the resources to execute them. Whether it is a discomfort with technology and social media or being too caught up in the day-to-day work to create and implement new strategies, it is easy to be unsure of your organization's reach or impact. As I have been using computers since I was about 5 years old (really), technology is like another limb to me. I am excited to leverage it to help your organization focus on and achieve your mission. As a social impact consultant, I can help you elevate your message and impact in the following areas: - Software Implementation - Mission Effectiveness and Impact Measurement - Corporate Social Responsibility___________________________________________________________________________________________Speaking Engagements:Serve Your Mission (Not Just Your Funders) | Nonprofit Learning Lab, Denver InstituteJanuary 31, 2019 | Denver, COWorld's Best Cup of Coffee: How to Measure and Improve Your Nonprofit's Impact | Madison Nonprofit DayOctober 5, 2018 | Madison, WISocial Media Best Practices: How to Increase Your Conversion Rates for Events and Donations | Nonprofit Learning LabAugust 23, 2018 | Online
