In the spring of 2017, I had already decided that I wanted to move to Denver, Colorado and bring my corporate project management experience to the social impact space. After leaving my position at Epic, I traveled in Europe and Asia prior to moving to Denver.

• Mobilized team members to meet aggressive implementation goals on record short timeline with all new staff and high turnover rates• Found innovative solutions to software limitations that others said were impossible (made phone call documentation available in a disconnected state to improve continuity of care)• Simultaneously managed and trained two teams of 7-10 people new to the healthcare software industry• Listened and responded to needs of home care agencies by finding creative solutions to niche programs and regulatory requirements• Partnered with local nonprofit to reduce food waste and improve effectiveness of community giving
