However, I also am involved in different projects requiring knowledge and skill in customer service, accounting, turf services, production, as well as delivery scheduling and operations. As I work my way up the ladder to follow in the footsteps of my father, and the 3 generations before him, I am learning and training in each job position offered to build an understanding of everything that has made this family-owned and operated business thrive since 1914. I am the first of the fifth generation to begin full-time employment in the business and hope to be the first female owner of this company. Show less

At Andre and Son I assume a few different roles. I take care of any legal reporting handed down to me while working this space under my direct manager, as well as all facets of the company marketing from apparel to social media presence I am also currently our only on-site IT personnel as we navigate the attempt to outsource this role a bit more, and I continue to assume my original role of inventory control and operations on the property.
