After earning an Interior Design degree from the Art Institute of Houston, I began creating beautiful spaces and amazing experiences for my clients. I opened Lauren Ashley Experiences to help clients experience design in their everyday lives.From a young age and Houston Native, I knew I had a passion for design. When my mom denied me the request to paint the walls of my room, she turned to the world of virtual design through the Sims games, and with unlimited funds, the sky was the limit, and my creative career began.After an internship at Walt Disney working in merchandising and earning a degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Houston, I set out to curate unforgettable spaces and experiences, especially weddings, for her clients. For me, events and interiors are two sides of the creative coin. Seven years later, the company stands as a testament to my unwavering determination and dedication to her craft.Representation is a concept that holds immense importance in my heart. Seeing a women who look like me pursue a career in the creative arts was a pivotal moment in my life. It solidified my belief that I could follow the path of my dreams.
