Warrior Within Yoga Project is a 501(c)3 based in Natick, MA and founded in September 2022. The organization offers adaptive, trauma-informed yoga classes to veterans and first responders, at no cost to them. Lauren is the founder and Executive Director.

Lauren is a Metrowest-based yoga instructor with over 7 years of teaching experience who specializes in trauma-informed yoga for military and veteran populations.She has a steady, grounded presence, and skillfully teaches classes that are engaging, yet accessible + adaptable.
