Responsible for designing, overseeing, and evaluating all national network programming throughout the year, including in-person and virtual events, long-term collaborative problem-solving efforts, and other emergent program strategies aimed at STEM Ed leadersLeading, managing, and mentoring remote program teams and contractors in effectively implementing programming, events, and communications—often across departmentsEnsuring member experience across all programming is consistent and aligned with the org’s brand and theory of change, including fostering a sense of belonging within the networkDeveloping systems, processes, tools to support program management and implementation —including templates, data trackers, staffing plans, timelines, budgets, and meeting protocolsRegularly convening and facilitating employee resource groups, supporting onboarding new employees, and contributing to the development of org values and community agreementsPartnering with Chief Program Officer to determine overarching network program strategy

Developed and managed the programs, touchpoints, internal infrastructure, and tools that enable our network members to engage in long-term, cross-organizational problem solvingDesigned and implemented 5 yearly cycles of “Project Teams” program which has engaged 65 cross-organizational teams made up of 375 leaders in education in collaboratively addressing shared challenges in STEM Ed. Includes designing for adult learning, capacity building and coaching around Design Thinking and creation of original digital collaborative tools and processes.
