As a Practice Lead Solutions Consultant, I acted as a trusted business advisor to the customer and impact Adobe’s top high tech and manufacturing accounts. I partnered in the account and present Adobe's point of view on pain point solutions through discovery and organic conversations with the customer, presenting Adobe’s point of view on assisting in customer goal fulfillment. A few remarkable measurables include that I achieved over 100% sales attainment for 2020 and 2021 consisting of $3.35M of new ARR, $2.2M Workfront and Sign deals in Q4, representing 40% ARR growth in FY21 and $2M of new ARR, representing 46% ARR growth. In Q3 of 2022, I lead a transformational deal resulting in $7.4M incremental ARR, representing a 667% ARR growth. I always articulated the clear value of the Adobe Experience Cloud through tailored use-cases and solutions aligned to prospective clients’ business needs. In 2023, I was nominated to participate in the Leadership Circles program, a rigorous year-long leadership development program that focuses on developing personal leadership skills and best practices. In addition, I mentored and expanded career interests and motivated goal-oriented action of personnel, pivoting them from selling to solutions consulting. Finally, I was honored with the Strategic Solution Consultant of Q4 2020, High Tech and Manufacturing Solution Consultant of the Quarter Q3 2022 and Sales Achievement Award of 2020 and 2021.
